Location:Home office,mainly responsible for North area
Major Duties:
Collect and share market information.
Understand our market position and know our competitors, their strengths
and weaknesses.
Create service opportunities and follow them till the order is placed.
Develop and maintain relation with End- User, or his Distributors and
Agents.
Put service relevant information into CRM and keep them up to date.
Meet Sales Goals, such as Order intake (OI) and Sales (gross margin).
Assure clear technical specification in service contracts.
Report service sales activities to the National Sales Director.
Prepare OI forecasts monthly, quarterly, yearly
Join requested trainings.
Provide feedback on how to improve our competitiveness.
Cooperate with local and global back office.
Competencies:
Bachelor degree or higher with major Environmental or Chemical industrial
process or mechanical background.
More than five years of experience in Sales or service for separation
solutions.
Good skills with Microsoft office.
Fluent in English, good reading, writing, speaking and understanding.
Excellent communication skills with customers.
Self-driven and pro-active personality.
Solution orientated.
